Trail running training camps held in various regions within South Africa.
TrailLab hosts trail training camps across the country, catering for trail runners of all levels. The idea of the camps is for trail runners to get together in an informal environment, in some of the most beautiful parts of South Africa, to run amazing trails and learn techniques and tips.
At the same time some of the world’s foremost apparel and equipment companies will be on hand for you to try some of their products out on the trails. This provides runners the opportunity to test what Pro Trail Athletes are using, and actually trial some of these products before spending money on purchasing them.
Our Weekender Camps cater for those wanting time out on the trail and are also aimed at preparing runners for specific races, but are not limited to that. The camps often take place in the area of the race affording runners the opportunity to run sections of the trails on the actual race routes.
